Standard shipping:

Boo-tiful ships merchandise via various logistic providers. Many factors determine the option used to ship your purchase. All shipments are registered and require recipients to acknowledge receipt of delivery.

Boo-tiful will do our utmost best in ensuring that your goods arrive in perfect condition. You must be present to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery. In case of shipping damage, we strongly advise you to inspect both the box and the merchandise immediately upon receipt. Please make note of any minor or major damage on the delivery order before signing and in the shipper’s presence. Please notify the freight company and Boo-tiful of the damage immediately! Any delay in notifications will not be entertained by Boo-tiful.

Delivery time within Singapore:

All items that are in stock ship within 1-2 business days and will arrive within three to five business days from the ship date. Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same delivery. Due to the custom nature of many of our items, delivery lead-time will vary. Please see ‘Shipping Info’ on product page for estimated shipping time. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email.

Occasionally issues arise that may lead to additional production time, such as our manufacturers experiencing a backup in production. If this is the case you will be alerted as soon as we are made aware of the delay.

We only ship to physical addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Additional delivery charges:

Additional delivery charges apply to large furniture pieces. Upon delivery, our shippers will unpack, place these furnishings in the room of your choice (transport for up to 2 flights of stairs is included with standard delivery, additional $50 for more than 2 flights of stairs) and discard the packing materials for you.

Assembly service is chargeable at $30 per piece.
If assembly service is available for an item, it will be presented as an option on the item's product page. The surcharge is in addition to the standard shipping price and any applicable delivery surcharges.

Shipment Refusal:

Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order will be held responsible for all postage and handling fees associated with the delivery. All sales are final and are not returnable, not exchangeable and non-refundable.


International Shipping:

International Shipping Rates will be calculated upon our receipt of the order. Our website does not calculate international shipping rates. Your order will not ship until you confirm the shipping method and rate that will be charged. You will be contacted via email within 02 business days of placing your order. International orders, will receive PayPal invoices for additional shipping fees.

All International Orders are subject to review, and we reserve the right to mark an order as cancelled if we feel the payment is not legitimate. All duties, taxes, and government fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. All sales are final and are not returnable, not exchangeable and non-refundable.
