Our goal is to provide you with superior quality service and merchandise. Please review our policies carefully before making your purchase. All sales are final.

Furniture & custom-designed items
Many of our products are custom-designed and made-to-order at the time an order is placed. We ask that you make your selections very carefully as artisans craft these items to your specifications. These items are not returnable, non-refundable and cancellations of orders will not be accepted. All sales are final.


Exchangeable items
Only applicable to items that come with sizes, i.e. clothing & footwear, are exchangeable subject to approval and availability. Please notify Boo-tiful within 07 business days of receiving your order. All exchanges must have prior authorization. All returns must be unused and returned in the original packaging for exchange. If you fail to notify Boo-tiful of your desire to exchange or replace your purchase within the 07 business day window, or if Boo-tiful suspects an item that you have returned has been used, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Upon receipt of your approved return, we will ship the item you have selected in exchange. There are no exchanges after 10 days from receiving your order. Initial shipping costs cannot be refunded. All shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. Additional shipping costs will apply to replacement items. Insurance and tracking are recommended, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit to our return address.


Clearance and Sale Items
Clearance and sale items are considered a final sale and are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

Boo-tiful reserves the rights to cancel orders or refuse service to anyone at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders that have been advertised at a wrong price, discounted rate, have incurred an unusually long back-order time or have been discontinued. We also reserve the rights to cancel any orders that were posted to the site with errors of colour, style or price. If an order is cancelled after we have charged your credit card, we will refund your credit card the amount charged.

Warranty Information:
Boo-tiful upholds the warranties offered by the artisans and manufacturers of various products. In most items, warranty ends 07 business days after receiving the product. Boo-tiful is not responsible for any defects or damages thereafter. Warranties vary, so we strongly encourage you to ask a Boo-tiful consultant for warranty information on specific product of interest.
